Failure to raise a dispute within this period may affect your ability to seek a resolution. vt99 will investigate all reported transaction disputes and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; any bonus funds not rolled over within the specified period will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse

All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in their individual terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. It is your responsibility to check the expiry conditions of any bonus you claim.

Player-Set Limits
Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their vt99 account settings. Use of Automated Software

Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players in table games or card games to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets on sporting events with inside knowledge of a fixed outcome, is strictly prohibited. vt99 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where collusion or match-fixing activity is suspected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. vt99's total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your vt99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vt99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances outside vt99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. vt99 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime to users in advance where reasonably practicable.
Amendments to These Terms
vt99 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of posting. Where changes are material, vt99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to close your account.
